US Department of Homeland Security Waives Passport and Visa Requirements for Emergency Cases

The US Department of Homeland Security has adopted final amendments to its regulations allowing for discretionary waivers of passport and visa requirements for individuals entering the US as nonimmigrants in emergency situations, in coordination with the US Department of State.
