Bureau of Indian Affairs Approves Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians' Leasing Regulations Under HEARTH Act

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved the Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians' leasing regulations, allowing the tribe to enter into various types of leases without prior approval, as mandated by the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act.
