Osage Nation Leasing Regulations Approved Under HEARTH Act

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved the Osage Nation's leasing regulations, allowing the Nation to enter into business site leases without additional BIA approval, following the passage of the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act of 2012.
