U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Corrects Regulations for Tonkin Snub-Nosed Monkey

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is making a technical correction to remove the endangered Tonkin snub-nosed monkey from certain regulations that apply to threatened primates, as the species was reclassified as endangered in 1990.
