EPA Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Settlement for RBF Frozen Desserts Superfund Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed administrative settlement agreement for the RBF Frozen Desserts Superfund Site in West Hartford, Connecticut, which requires H.P.D.I., LLC to pay $40,000 to the Hazardous Substance Superfund in two installments.
