FAA Withdraws Terminal Area Apron Expansion Project from Environmental Assessment Scope

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is modifying its previously published Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) and is withdrawing the Terminal Area Apron Expansion Project from the EA scope, instead subjecting it to a discrete environmental review, as announced on April 21, 2014, in the Federal Register (https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2014/04/21/2014-07715/notice-of-intent-to-prepare-an-environmental-assessment-for-the-terminal-area-apron-expansion).
