Grand Elk Railroad, Inc. to Obtain Acquisition Exemption from Norfolk Southern Railway Company

Grand Elk Railroad, Inc. has submitted a request to the Surface Transportation Board for an exemption to acquire Norfolk Southern Railway Company's rail line, following a proposal by the two companies to merge their operations.
