New York Stock Exchange Delays Implementation of Dividend Notice Rule

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to delay the implementation of a recently approved rule requiring listed companies to provide advance notice of dividend or stock distribution announcements to the exchange.
