Adjustment of Civil Monetary Penalties for Inflation; Correcting Amendment

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has published a correcting amendment to its September 6, 2016 Federal Register rule, which adjusts civil monetary penalties for inflation. The amendment corrects errors in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) provisions of the rule.
