U.S. Coast Guard Seeks Authorization to Take Marine Mammals for Waterfront Repairs at Monterey Station

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a proposal to issue an incidental harassment authorization to take marine mammals during pile driving activities for waterfront repairs at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Monterey in Monterey, California, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA).
