Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for St. Clair River Crossing

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety area for boats in a 2000-foot section of the St. Clair River near St. Clair, Michigan, to prevent accidents caused by the L4D Optic Ground Wire Crossing.
