Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request; Federal Emergency Management Agency Programs Customer Satisfaction Surveys

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is submitting information collection activities to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. FEMA will describe the nature of the information collection, respondent categories, burden, and data collection instruments.
