Arkansas Receives Final Authorization for State-Initiated Hazardous Waste Program Changes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved minor changes to Arkansas' hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), allowing the state to move forward with its approved state hazardous waste management program.
