Arkansas: Final Authorization of State-Initiated Changes and Incorporation by Reference of State Hazardous Waste Management Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to authorize Arkansas' state-initiated changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended. The EPA will incorporate by reference into the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Arkansas' authorized hazardous waste program.
