U.S. Department of the Interior to Establish Negotiated Rulemaking Committee for Bureau of Indian Education Standards

The U.S. Department of the Interior is establishing a committee to advise on a proposed rule revising the Adequate Yearly Progress regulation for BIE-funded schools, inviting Tribes to nominate representatives and soliciting comments on the proposal.
