Federal Government to Update Automated Clearing House Regulation

The US Department of the Treasury's Financial Management Service is proposing changes to its regulation governing the use of the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system by federal agencies, in response to updates made by NACHA, The Electronic Payments Association, to the ACH Rules since 2007.
