EPA Withdraws Amendment to CERCLA Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its direct final rule amending the All Appropriate Inquiries Rule to reference ASTM International's E2247-16 standard, following adverse written comments received on June 20, 2017.
