US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds China Subsidies on Certain Tool Chests and Cabinets

The US Department of Commerce has determined that producers and exporters of certain tool chests and cabinets from China are receiving countervailable subsidies, affecting imports from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2016.
