EPA Proposes Approval of Clean Air Act Negative Declaration for US Virgin Islands

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a negative declaration for the United States Virgin Islands, exempting the territory from certain regulations on small municipal waste combustion units and institutional waste incineration units.
