EPA Proposes Approval of Arkansas Minor New Source Review Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Arkansas State Implementation Plan (SIP) minor New Source Review (NSR) program, which includes changes to permitting thresholds and de minimis levels, in accordance with the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA).
