US Department of Commerce Rescinds Antidumping Duty Review for Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin from India

The US Department of Commerce has cancelled its review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate resin imported from India, following the timely withdrawal of a request for review, which covered the period from October 15, 2015, to April 30, 2017.
