EPA Releases Final Allocations for Cross-State Air Pollution Rule Allowances for 2017

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized the allocation of emission allowances from new unit set-asides for the 2017 control period, correcting an error in preliminary calculations that incorrectly identified four units in Georgia as new units instead of existing units.
