YRC Worldwide Inc. Seeks Exemption from Electronic Logging Device Mandate

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on YRC Worldwide Inc.'s (YRCW) application for an exemption from certain provisions of the electronic logging device (ELD) mandate, which would allow the company to temporarily deviate from the use of ELDs.
