EPA Extends Scoping Period for Northwest Training and Testing Environmental Impact Statement

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has extended the scoping period for the supplement to the 2015 Final Northwest Training and Testing Environmental Impact Statement/Overseas Environmental Impact Statement by 15 days, from September 21 to October 6, 2017, following a notice published in the Federal Register on August 22, 2017.
