EPA Extends Compliance Date for Confidential Business Information Claims Under TSCA

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the deadline for submitting substantiation of confidential business information (CBI) claims under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to October 19, 2017, from the previously set September 19, 2017.
