U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Determines Threatened Status for Iiwi Bird Species

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has determined that the iiwi (Drepanis coccinea), a bird species native to the Hawaiian Islands, is to be listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended.
