EPA to Hold Public Hearings on Withdrawal of Proposed Determination for Pebble Deposit Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will hold public hearings in Alaska to gather public input on its plan to withdraw a proposed determination restricting the use of the Pebble Deposit Area as a disposal site, following the issuance of a July 2014 proposal under the Clean Water Act.
