EPA Approves New Jersey's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, which includes emission inventories for ozone and particulate matter precursors in two areas: the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island Moderate ozone nonattainment area and the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Atlantic City Marginal ozone nonattainment area. This revision aims to develop and assess new control strategies for these areas.
