EPA Approves Kansas State Implementation Plan Revisions for Construction Permits

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Kansas' construction permit rules, which implement the revised National Ambient Air Quality Standard for fine particulate matter and update the permitting program fee structure and schedule, without requiring a prior proposed rule.
