SEC Approves Proposed Rule Changes for Clearing Agency Risk Management Framework

The SEC has approved proposed rule changes by The Depository Trust Company, National Securities Clearing Corporation, and Fixed Income Clearing Corporation to adopt the Clearing Agency Risk Management Framework, a new framework designed to enhance the risk management capabilities of clearing agencies.
