Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Mississippi River for Fireworks Display

The U.S. Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone on the Mississippi River between MM 96.0 and MM 96.5 near New Orleans, LA, to ensure public safety during a fireworks event, and only authorized vessels or individuals will be allowed to enter the area.
