HRSA Awards $2,000,000 Extension for SCID Newborn Screening Program at Jeffrey Modell Foundation

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has granted an extension of $2,000,000 to the Jeffrey Modell Foundation (JMF) for the Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID) Newborn Screening program, allowing JMF to provide technical assistance and support to states for implementing population-based newborn screening for SCID from May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018.
