EPA Delegation of Authority to Virginia for Hazardous Air Pollutants Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has confirmed that the Commonwealth of Virginia has the authority to implement and enforce additional or revised National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs) and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), as previously approved, and is making this information publicly available.
