EPA Proposes Temporary Modification of Massachusetts Bay Dredged Material Disposal Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to temporarily expand the boundaries of the Massachusetts Bay Dredged Material Disposal Site (MBDS) to enable environmental restoration of a contaminated area, allowing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to cover hazardous waste with dredged material from Boston Harbor.
