EPA Announces Administrative Settlement Agreement for New Jersey Fireworks Superfund Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has executed a proposed administrative settlement agreement to recover response costs for the New Jersey Fireworks Superfund Site in Elkton, Maryland, and is now seeking public comment on the agreement, which would require the Estate of Louis Casale to reimburse the EPA $50,000 for response costs.
