EPA to Delete Nutting Truck & Caster Co. Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 5 is proposing to remove the Nutting Truck & Caster Co. Superfund Site in Faribault, Minnesota, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980, and requests public comments on this proposal.
