Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration Issues Emergency Waiver Order for Hurricane and Tropical Storm Harvey Disaster Areas

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued an emergency waiver order to allow persons conducting operations under the direction of Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 to temporarily bypass safety regulations in Texas and Louisiana affected by Hurricane and Tropical Storm Harvey, effective September 1, 2017, for 30 days.
