ASC Adopts Final Rule for AMC Registry Fees Collection and Transmission

The ASC is implementing a new rule to collect and transmit appraisal management company (AMC) annual registry fees, as mandated by the Dodd-Frank Act, for state agencies that choose to register and supervise AMCs.
