HUD Announces Fee for Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program to Offset Credit Subsidy Costs
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will charge borrowers of loans guaranteed under the Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program to cover the costs of credit subsidies awarded in FY 2018.
