EPA Amends Proposal to Approve Louisiana State Implementation Plan Revision for Regional Haze

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is amending its proposal to approve a revision to the Louisiana State Implementation Plan (SIP) for regional haze, which addresses sulfur dioxide emissions from the Entergy R. S. Nelson facility. The EPA now proposes a compliance date three years after the final approval of the SIP revision.
