NMFS Announces Submission of Amendment 21-3 to Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan

The Pacific Fishery Management Council submitted Amendment 21-3 to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan to the Secretary of Commerce for review, aiming to manage darkblotched rockfish and Pacific ocean perch as set-asides to avoid early fishery closures of the at-sea Pacific whiting sectors.
