EPA Revises Phosphoric Acid Manufacturing and Phosphate Fertilizer Production Emissions Standards

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for the Phosphoric Acid Manufacturing and Phosphate Fertilizer Production source categories, in response to industry petitions filed in 2015, to update the compliance dates for emissions reporting and monitoring requirements.
