EPA Approves California's Plan for Ozone Monitoring System

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a plan to establish a Photochemical Assessment Monitoring System (PAMS) network in six areas of California that fail to meet ozone air quality standards, as required by the Clean Air Act.
