Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration Issues Emergency Waiver Order for Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued an emergency waiver order to allow persons conducting operations in affected areas to transport hazardous materials without adhering to certain regulations, effective September 22, 2017, for 30 days.
