Honeywell Issues Airworthiness Directive for TFE731-20 and TFE731-40 Turbofan Engines

Honeywell International Inc. is issuing an airworthiness directive for its TFE731-20 and TFE731-40 turbofan engines due to a manufacturing flaw found in two fan disks. Affected engines will need to have the faulty disks removed and replaced with a compatible part.
