TRICARE Select and Other TRICARE Reforms Established

The interim final rule implements key changes to the TRICARE program, replacing TRICARE Extra with TRICARE Select and phasing out TRICARE Standard, while introducing a new health plan enrollment system and provisions for access to care and preventive services.
