EPA Approves Maryland's Air Quality Plan to Meet 2008 Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Maryland's state implementation plan to address nonattainment new source review requirements for the 2008 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS).
