EPA Approves Maryland's Air Quality Implementation Plan for 2008 Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) to address nonattainment new source review (NNSR) requirements for the 2008 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS).
