HRSA Delays 340B Drug Pricing Program Ceiling Price Rule

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has delayed the effective date of its final rule on the 340B Drug Pricing Program ceiling price and civil monetary penalties, originally set for January 5, 2017, to July 1, 2018, following public comments solicited by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
