FINRA Approves Plan to Tackle Market Volatility

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved the Fifteenth Amendment to the National Market System Plan, which aims to address extraordinary market volatility. The plan, filed by multiple exchanges including Bats, Chicago Stock Exchange, and NYSE, will take effect immediately.
